The Salisbury Seniors Magazine celebrates our seniors and shares information about a range of programs aimed at enhancing their lives. The publication contains events and activities specially designed for seniors, plus a number of feature articles.

Welcome to Issue 25 of this informative magazine for Salisbury seniors.

The latest edition covers October 2022 to January 2023. It includes information about the new Burton Community Hub opening and facilities on offer, including new communal gardening opportunities and new venues for the Shed, Stars and Fun on Friday programs.

Also featured is an article featuring women’s health tips promoted during the Women’s Health Week event hosted by special guest Anne Wills. Looking for ways to keep your brain active try out the brain gym puzzle and quiz!

If you’re keen to increase your level of physical activity, connect with others and enjoy nutritious food then don’t miss the special Seniors Centres article on page 18. At our three senior centres there are so many activities to choose from and enthusiastic staff to help people connect in meaningful ways.
