Working on your Wellbeing - Action for Happiness App

"If you have a smart phone then I would suggest downloading the ‘Action for Happiness’ App"

Jim Binder (Council's Coordinator- Wellbeing Programs) says the app is like having a little personal action coach in your pocket which:

  • gives you friendly 'nudges' with an action idea each day
  • sends you inspiring messages to give you a boost
  • helps you connect & share ideas with like-minded people

Here’s an example of one I received:

‘You are allowed to be proud of yourself even for taking small steps’

People are finding it really helpful and inspiring – and I know I do!’
