Salisbury Community Fun Day at Unity Park

Salisbury Community Fun Day is drawing closer and City of Salisbury is thrilled to be hosting a day full of free excitement for the fun-loving members of our community.

This fun day will be the first held at Unity Park and also the first to welcome pets!

Salisbury Community Fun Day always brings a smile to the faces of the children in our beautiful community, and I couldn’t be happier that we’re able to provide our local families with a day of free fun that they can take their pets along to.

Mayor Gillian Aldridge OAM

On Saturday 26 August, 11am to 3pm, families can enjoy a range of activities including crafts, music, plenty of food and beverages, inflatable fun, the on-site playground equipment, and so much more.

There will also be a number of pet-themed attractions, such as pet caricatures, a dancing with dogs performance, photo booth for pets and owners, vet checks and plenty of pet themed market stalls! Please remember to keep pets on leashes.

But that’s not all, the site of the event is close to a number of other great attractions.
Visitors could enjoy themselves at the duck pond, practice their skills at the skate park, or take their furry friends to the dog park after visiting the fun day festivities.

The event does not require any bookings, and some parking is available in surrounding area. The public toilets on site have accessible facilities, ensuring that this fun day can be enjoyed by everyone.
