Network information

In response to sector support and development for community aged care providers and other regional stakeholders, the following NCP meetings are in place:

  • Commonwealth Home Support Program Providers Network (Bi-monthly)
  • Northern Collaborative Project Executive (Bi-monthly)
  • Community Ambassadors Work Group (Monthly)

NCP (CHSP/Home Care Package (HCP)) network meetings for 2025

The NCP Network meeting is an open meeting for all regional stakeholders including consumers/carers, regional service providers, Aged Care Assessment Team representatives, Regional Assessment Service Providers, government agencies and other interested stakeholders to share and disseminate information, highlight the best practices, build strong relationships and regional networks and discuss regional issues/challenges including innovations and new initiatives.

All NCP Networks meetings are scheduled from 9.30am to 11:30am as follows:

  • Wednesday 5 February 2025
  • Wednesday 2 April 2025
  • Wednesday 11 June 2025
  • Wednesday 6 August 2025
  • Wednesday 8 October 2025
  • Wednesday 3 December 2025

NCP (Members Only) Bi- Monthly Member Service Line for 2025

The member service line is established exclusively for the Northern Collaborative Project (NCP) members to connect with NCP and make confidential and/or open discussions in a group environment or 1:1 consultation session. Members are invited to make conversations on sector challenges, operational concerns as well as to provide feedback and or recommendations on the national reform agenda.

This service will include:

  • Opportunities to discuss your reform and non-reform concerns, challenges as a group with NCP and the Department of Health and Aged Care and or confidential 1:1 meeting with the Department of Health and Aged Care
  • Opportunities to receive customised, tailored and targeted SSD support through upcoming Bi- Monthly CHSP Expert Support Line, NCP Network meetings, or other professional development programs.
  • Opportunities to collaborate and engage with the Department of Health and Aged Care, NCP and local CHSP providers.
  • Creating a unique platform and voice for the South Australian community aged care sector

All NCP Member Service Line sessions are scheduled from 9.30am to 10:30am as follows:

Community Ambassadors Work Group

The NCP Community Ambassadors Work Group consist of community leaders who are very passionate to make a contribution to the South Australian Community Services Sector. The Work Group usually meet on a monthly basis from 1pm to 3pm. Meeting dates can be found on the Community Ambassador webpage.
