Growing for Gold

Do you know a young person who would like to try out a sport? Registrations are now open for Growing for Gold 2023!

In a collaboration between City of Salisbury, City of Port Adelaide Enfield and City of Playford, the October school holidays will be jam packed full of FREE sporting activities for young people to have the opportunity to give something a go.

Mayor Gillian Aldridge, OAM says the program is a great opportunity for the young people of the northern suburbs.

We’ve had this excellent program running since 1999 and there are so many different sports out there now, which I think is just fantastic because they’re not one size fits all, and every child is different.

This program caters very well to a range of interests, and it’s fantastic for strengthening our relationships in the north through this partnership with City of Port Adelaide Enfield and City of Playford.

Mayor Gillian Aldridge OAM
