Click and Collect

To support our community during the temporary closures, the City of Salisbury Library Service now offers all City of Salisbury residents a new way of accessing their favourite books, electronic games, magazines and DVDs.

Our new Click and Collect service enables residents to go online, order their items and then collect them from their local Salisbury library. Borrowers will then have 6 weeks to return items to their local library or alternatively, a free Pick Up service is also available.

How do I access Click and Collect?

1. Login to the Library Catalogue via our website or the LibrariesSA One Card app using your library card number and password.

2. Find the item you want and select the Hold button.

3. Choose your pick up location (City of Salisbury library sites only) and select Place Hold. Repeat this process for all items you would like to borrow. Please note that normal hold limits apply.

Once your items have arrived, a team member will be in contact with you to confirm your membership details and make collection arrangements between the hours of 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday.
