Computers and Internet Access
Members and visitors can access library computers for internet access and word processing.
Black and white or colour printing is available at a cost at all library branches.
For under 18 year olds
Internet content in the libraries is unfiltered and library staff do not supervise children/youth in its use.
Children under the age of 18 are required to have authorisation from their parent/legal guardian before access is granted to use internet services.
By granting permission for children to use the internet, library members are agreeing to take responsibility as guarantor for their children accessing illegal or inappropriate sites on the Internet, or any breaches of copyright from electronic sources.
Members with Wi-Fi enabled devices and a current SA public library card can login to the secure wireless network at any library. Download limits apply.
