The City of Salisbury operates under an open and transparent philosophy when dealing with and responding to media enquiries of all nature.

The Council Media Policy endeavours to ensure that all media liaison takes place via a central point of contact to ensure active responses and monitoring of media items. The policy names Mayor Gillian Aldridge OAM as Council’s principal spokesperson.
