Revocation of Community Land Classification

Council is the registered owner of the land described as Parafield Airport Reserve, Allotment 102 in Filed Plan Number 9249, described in Certificate of Title Volume 6055 Folio 319.

The subject land is currently being used for a stormwater management drain, a driveway and car parking servicing the adjacent Mawson Lakes Interchange and is not regarded as usable recreational space. Council proposes to revoke the Community Land Classification for a portion of Allotment 102 in Filed Plan 9249 to facilitate future development of the subject land consistent with the purposes of the Urban Core Zone.

Any objection to the proposal must set out the full name and address of the person making the objection and must be fully supported by reasons. Submissions must be made in writing and received no later than Friday 18 October 2019.
