Proposed Revocation of Classification as Community Land

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 194 (2) (b) of the Local Government Act 1999, that the City of Salisbury is considering the revocation of the community land classification of the following land:
- Allotment 8 in Deposited Plan 34655, known as Dry Creek Linear Park (technology Park), Third Avenue Mawson Lakes as described in Certificate of Title Volume 5097 Folio 705.
Council has prepared a report on this proposal pursuant to Section 194 (2)(a) of the Act which is available for inspection at Council’s Office, 34 Church Street, Salisbury during normal business hours.
Council invites written submissions on these proposals within 21 days of this notice and must be addressed to:

Due to the Christmas period, the Council will consider all submissions containing objections received by Friday 17 January 2020.
