Re-Engagement Project - Credit Solutions

The City of Salisbury has enlisted the services of Credit Solutions to make contact with some of our ratepayers who may be falling behind in their payments to offer them options to clear their debt with Council.

Credit Solutions will initially make contact with ratepayers via a letter requesting they update their contact details.

Once a ratepayer engages with Credit Solutions, providing up to date contact information and preferences they may receive emails or SMS messages about their account.
