12 James Street Demolition and Car Park Project
The Salisbury City Centre Renewal is transforming the City Centre into a vibrant and modern precinct and a place for all to experience and enjoy.
Following the opening of the Salisbury Community Hub, the former Civic Centre at 12 James Street was demolished last year and re-constructed into temporary car parking.
The location has been identified as a future development site, forming a key component of the Salisbury City Centre Renewal Strategy.
The below time-lapse video captures the renewal of the site at 12 James Street, from August to December 2020.
