Ingle Farm Library temporary closure
The Ingle Farm Library will be temporarily closed from Monday 12 May to Wednesday 14 May for the installation of new library shelving.
We apologise for any inconvenience.
The library will be closed from Monday 12 to Wednesday 14 May for the installation of new library shelving.
Borrowing and hold pick up will be unavailable during the closure. Hold pick up dates will be extended during the closure days, so you still have plenty of time to collect your holds.
Due dates are extended for our closure days so there is no rush to return your items.
While we are closed, you can help us by holding onto your library items and returning them when we re-open. Alternatively, you can return them to another library branch.
The returns box located in the Ingle Farm Recreation Centre will still be available during the closure if you need to return your library items.
PC, print and photocopy will be unavailable.
While the Ingle Farm Library is closed, you are welcome to access the other Salisbury library branches:
Mawson Lakes Library – 2-8 Main Street, Mawson Lakes
Para Hills Community Hub – 22 Wilkinson Road, Para Hills
Salisbury Community Hub – 34 Church Street, Salisbury
The Hive Community Resource Hub – 380 Waterloo Corner Road, Burton
Computers with internet access and printing facilities are available to members, along with an extensive range of books, magazines, DVDs, CDs and video games. The library features a dedicated children’s section to keep kids entertained along with a great range of school holiday activities.
Connecting more than 130 public libraries across SA, the ‘One Card Network’ enables Salisbury Library Service patrons to borrow and return items wherever they are with their current library card.
Members and visitors can access library computers for internet access and word processing. Black and white or colour printing is available at a cost. Children under the age of 18 need authorisation from their parent or guardian to access the internet.
Members with wi-fi enabled devices can register and log in to the secure wireless network within the library. Download limits apply.
School holidays
During the school holidays programs for children of all ages, including preschool, are held across all of the library branches. Pick up a flyer before the holidays start or subscribe to their monthly e-newsletter for information about programs and bookings.
The after hours returns chute is available in the Ingle Farm Recreation Centre during their opening hours (next door to the Ingle Farm Library).
