headspace at Twelve25
If you're aged 12 to 25 living in City of Salisbury, you can access free and confidential mental health support at Twelve25 without a doctor’s referral.
Speak to a qualified worker from headspace who can help with mental health and wellbeing, physical and sexual health, work and study, and alcohol and other drug use. You can attend up to four free sessions and will be referred for further support services if needed.

Administration of funding is carried out by the headspace centre’s local Primary Health Network, in this case, Adelaide (Adelaide PHN). Mental health support at Twelve25 is funded by City of Salisbury.
