Exploring Self-Employment Workshop
In collaboration with Asuria, the Exploring Self-Employment Workshop is designed to give you an understanding of entrepreneurship and self-employment to support your business idea or dream of being your own boss.
When: Monday 20 February to Friday 24 February 2023
Time: 9.30am to 3pm
Where: Twelve25 Youth Centre
Ages: 15 to 30 years
Cost: Free
An interactive exploration of self-employment for youth. Daily lunch provided as well as workbook and gift bag.
By the end of the workshop you will be able to:
- Understand what’s involved in starting a business
- Generate or validate a business idea
- Make an informed decision as to whether self-employment is right for you
- Know what training is available to support you after this workshop
- Decide if you need further skills development

Cookie Decorating Workshop
Hear and learn from Sugar Fix Creation's Gina, as she shares her business journey and skills on how to decorate Easter themed cookies.

How to Host a Market Stall
The City of Salisbury is hosting the Salisbury Community Markets across four locations. In support of the Youth Market in May, Young Change Agents will be delivering a How to Host a Market Workshop in the April School Holidays for participants to then host a stall at the market.
