Community Youth Box Burn Fitness Exercise

Box & Burn Fitness

Want to exercise in a fun and safe environment with other young people?

Box & Burn is an after school fitness session for 14 to 18 year olds.

Box & Burn is an indoors beginners fitness class for 14 to 18 year olds at the Twelve25 Youth Centre, 4pm on Friday afternoons.

Participants will learn boxing and functional fitness techniques with other young people. The session runs for 45 mins and includes light snacks at the end of the session.

All equipment is provided. All fitness levels welcome!

Please bring a water bottle, wear comfortable clothes to exercise in and appropriate footwear (sneakers). Be prepared to sweat and have lots of fun!

All sessions will be run by a qualified and experienced fitness instructor.
