Disability Programs

Come out and meet a new group of friends and try something new. We have four programs on offer.

STARS Program

Daytime activities include:

  • Social outings
  • Arts and crafts
  • Group activities
  • Lunches

Every Wednesday from 9am to 3pm.

Located at Burton Community Hub, 386 Waterloo Corner Road, Burton.

  • Eligibility: Adults aged 19 - 65 with an intellectual disability

Fun on Friday

Every Friday from 9am to 3pm.

Salisbury Social Group

Evening activities such as:

  • Arts and crafts
  • Dinners
  • Social outings
  • Group activities
  • Table tennis
  • Dress ups

Fortnightly on Thursday from 6.30pm to 8.30pm.

Located at Jack Young Centre, 2 Orange Avenue, Salisbury.

  • Eligibility: Adults aged 18+ with an intellectual disability

The Shed

Come along and meet other new people and use your skills or learn new ones in a friendly supportive environment.

Activities include:

  • Wood work
  • Individual projects
  • Social interaction
  • Metal work
  • Basic computer activities
  • Lunch outings

Open Monday to Wednesday 9 am to 3 pm and Thursday 9 am to 1 pm.

Located at The Workshop (Burton Community Hub), 386 Waterloo Corner Rd, Burton.
