May's session will be held at the Para Hills Community Hub on Saturday 27 May 2023.
Join Tamara from Wonky Lines Counselling for Wayapa® Wuurrk, which is the first internationally accredited Aboriginal wellness modality. This earth connection practice is based on ancient Indigenous wisdom and focuses on taking care of the Earth as the starting point for achieving wellbeing within ourselves. During the workshop, you will be learning ways of integrating Ancient Wisdom into our modern day lives. Tamara includes extra time for yarning in all her workshops, creating open flow conversations, connection and community through the Yarning circle.
The day will offer other interactive activities for people of all ages, including a gardening workshop, craft activities, big games and nature play.
Join Lachlan McKenzie and Permaculture SA for a practical, organic gardening workshop. Topics will include:
- Propagation
- Growing from seed
- Garden preparation
- Seasonal pests
