Prepare and Serve Espresso Coffee - October School Holiday Program

Learn how to make a variety of espresso coffees including cappuccinos, macchiatos, long blacks, café lattes and more. The barista course also includes food safety, coffee making organisation, espresso equipment & operations and how to clean & maintain coffee equipment.
Dates: Wednesday 4, Thursday 5 and Friday 6 October (3 day course)
Time: 9am to 4pm * please arrive at 8.50am ready for the 9am start)
Location: HITsa, 85a John Street Salisbury
Ages: 16 to 25 year olds
Cost: $82.50 (75% proudly subsided by the City of Salisbury - Twelve25 Youth Centre)
BYO lunch with fridge and microwave facilities available. Lunch options along John Street and Parabanks.
*Minimum numbers required for the course to go ahead. If participant numbers are not reached, the course will be cancelled and where possible we will move those already booked in to another date with HITsa.
