SITHFAB002 Provide Responsible Service of Alcohol

Provide Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) training is a mandatory requirement for any person serving or supplying alcohol in a licensed premise.

RSA training is suitable for those currently working in or seeking a role that involves the sale/supply of alcohol. For example this could include bartenders, bottle shop staff and cellar door staff.

This course covers a range of topics including:

  • serving alcohol
  • your responsibilities
  • laws and legislation surrounding alcohol
  • assisting customers who have consumed alcohol
  • your RSA certificate does not expire once obtained.
