These one on one sessions are provided by a qualified Diabetes Educator and are ideal for those who are diabetic or pre-diabetic to learn more about food and lifestyle changes that can have a major impact on blood sugar levels. By making simple changes and reducing blood sugar levels, you can lower the risk of experiencing health complications often associated with this condition.
This program is kindly provided through a partnership between the City of Salisbury and John Street Pharmacy.
