Exploring Self-Employment Workshop

An interactive exploration of self-employment for youth aged 15-30. Daily lunch is provided as well as a workbook and gift bag.

This workshop is designed to give you an understanding of entrepreneurship and self-employment to support your business idea or dream of being your own boss.

When: Monday 20 February to Friday 24 February 2023

Time: 9.30am to 3pm

Ages: 15 to 30 years

Where: Twelve25 Youth Centre

By the end of the workshop you will be able to:

• Understand what’s involved in starting a business
• Generate or validate a business idea
• Make an informed decision as to whether self-employment is right for you
• Know what training is available to support you after this workshop
• Decide if you need further skills development
