Discover Salisbury Challenge
Looking for something to do in the school holidays this summer?
Challenge your family this school holidays to pop on some sunscreen and a hat and get outside to discover just what’s in our own backyard – you might even uncover something you’ve never noticed before!
We’ve set 10 challenges across the City of Salisbury that will test your knowledge on local features and encourage you to explore what’s out there.
Plus, if you need a greater incentive to get the kids away from their devices, submitting the correct answers for your chosen challenge will enter you in a draw to win a prize worth up to $100!
You can enter as many challenges as you’d like – take on all 10 challenges to be in with a chance of winning the MEGA challenge cash prize of $1000!
What you need to get started
- Take a copy of the questions with you, either a print out or on your phone. View all the questions here.
- You may wish to take our Discover Salisbury Map out with you: View the map here.
- Some of the challenges will require you to have a digital device to take photos.
- Access to emails. To submit your answers you will need to send them to our events team at events@salisbury.sa.gov.au or drop off your answer sheets to the Salisbury Community Hub situated at 34 Church St, Salisbury.
- Time. The challenge is taking place from 1 December to 31 January. You can only submit answers within this timeframe. So take the time, make a day of it and enjoy what these challenges have to offer while you’re there!
