We are planting 10,000 trees along the Little Para River – and you can help us get the ball rolling!

City of Salisbury, together with Provenance Indigenous Plants, is holding an upcoming series of free plant propagation workshops.

Come along and help prepare the seedlings to grow before being planted in their forever homes, while learning some great skills you can use when gardening at home.

The trees will be planted next year, with the project funded by the State Government’s Department of Infrastructure and Transport.

We can only take 10 participants per workshop, so sign up now to save your place!

PLEASE NOTE: the first propagation workshop scheduled for Friday 20 November from 10am to 11.30am has been cancelled due to the COVID-19 outbreak in South Australia. We are monitoring the evolving situation and will advise on upcoming workshops when possible. Council’s primary concern remains ensuring the health and welfare of our community and staff members, while maintaining levels of service provision wherever possible and safe to do so.
