Watershed Creative Prize 2025
Submissions for the Watershed Creative Prize 2025 have been extended until Sunday, 8 June. All previous submissions have been received and do not need to be resubmitted.
The Watershed Creative Prize provides an opportunity for you to showcase your art and win a cash prize of up to $3,000.
Entry criteria
Read the Watershed Creative Prize Entry Criteria and create a piece inspired by ‘Spirit of Salisbury - a place to call home’ for your chance to win.
The theme focuses on what it means to be part of the City of Salisbury community. To help you get started, think about:
- What does being part of a community mean for you?
- Who do you think of when you think of home?
- What comes to mind when you think of City of Salisbury?
- Where do you feel most at home?
You can submit as many pieces as you would like; however, only up to two pieces can be selected as finalists.
Categories and prizes
Traditional arts, including photography and painting.
- Winner: $3,000
- Runner up: $1,500
- Youth (12 to 25): $700
3D arts, including sculpture, pottery, ceramics, metalwork, woodwork and recyclable inventions.
- Winner: $3,000
- Runner up: $1,500
- Youth (12 to 25): $700
