Inma Helgeson creator of Mother Earth Macrame. I am super excited to showcase my collection of fibre art to all of my local community. Would you call yourself a free spirit? My happy place is when I'm designing my Boho clothing and hangers. Though I can't put the feeling into words, it's like turning your face to the sun after a long winter, like watching the first spring flowers bloom, like running barefoot in the woods, chasing my happiness with Mother Earth guiding me. She lifts my spirits with every knot into the cord, every brush of my fingers working their magic to make something truly beautiful. The creative possibilities are endless. I have the passion that drives my working hands to bring texture and warmth into your home. I hope you have enjoyed the aesthetics of my art and I look forward to the possibility of working with you in the near future.
Inma is a local artist who loves the popular art of macramé. Macramé is a crafting technique that uses knots to create various textiles. Since this art form has regained popularity in recent years, crafters and artists are coming up with innovative ways to take macramé beyond the basic plant hangers. This age-old practice has gone in and out of popularity for thousands of years.
