Update: 20 November 2020

Released on 20 November 2020

In line with the State Government direction issued earlier today, we are pleased that a number of Council’s services will resume from Monday.

Please note that we will endeavour to provide further updates regarding services not covered here as soon as possible.

Social distancing and hygiene measures will still apply and we ask that you please do not enter any Council facility if you are feeling unwell of experiencing symptoms of COVID-19.

More information can be found here.

Library services

Libraries will reopen from Monday in line with standard operating hours. Please note that programs will continue to be suspended for the remainder of the school term due to Council’s management of the risk of COVID-19.

As an alternative, Council is working to provide a greater range of digital programs. Please keep an eye on the Salisbury Library Facebook page for details.

Community centres

Para Hills Community Hub, The Mawson Centre and Twelve25 Youth Enterprise Centre will reopen as per usual opening hours from Monday. All other community centres will reopen Wednesday 25 November.

Waste services

The NAWMA resource recovery centre at Pooraka will reopen Monday morning and hard waste bookings will be taken as of Monday morning.

Please contact City of Salisbury on 8406 8222 if you have any questions or concerns.
