The Development Act and Regulations 1993 require applications be classified into categories. Category 2 or 3 applications require notification to adjoining property owners and Category 3 to be advertised in the local newspaper. As part of Council's continual desire for improvements, we have taken this one step further - for your convenience, current category 2 and 3 applications are now online.
