Change Details
Should you need to notify Council of a change of details, please fill in one of the forms below.
The first form is to change the address to which Council sends your Rates Notices to you.
The second form is a general change of address form used for residents who do not receive a Rates Notice, but still have dealings with Council, i.e Dog Registration and Water Re-use accounts.
