Want access to a powerful tool for enhancing wellbeing, clarity and happiness?

Attend our FREE Mindfulness Meditation sessions for the Over 50’s on Thursday mornings from 8.30 to 9.30am at the Jack Young Centre, Salisbury.

Led by our volunteer Wesley, this Mindfulness Meditation Session has the potential to help to increase your sense of wellbeing, balance and joy; reduce stress and worry (and it’s negative impact on your body); help you relax; improve your focus, create more fulfilling relationships and increase your sense of purpose, connection and meaning in life. Practising Mindfulness Meditation will automatically and quite naturally cause us to relax more often and it does this by triggering the relaxation response.

When we focus on our body or our breath for a period of time we naturally start to relax and find that the breathing slows, our blood pressure drops, our heart rate slows, oxygen in our blood increases, our muscles relax and the mind starts to soften and/or feel more spacious.
