The City of Salisbury operates under an open and transparent philosophy when dealing with and responding to media enquiries of all natures.
A Media Policy for Council endeavours to ensure that all media liaison takes place via a central point of contact to ensure active responses and monitor of media items. The Policy names CEO John Harry and Mayor Gillian Aldridge, as the key spokespeople on behalf of the City to provide a consistent message.
With so much happening at Council, it is important for us to ensure effective liaison between the media and City of Salisbury.
