The Para Hills Centre (PHC) is a friendly, welcoming and accessible leisure centre for people over 50 and younger people with a disability. A unique blend of programs, activities and services are available currently on a Tuesday. The Para Hills Club is a social day group specifically for seniors over 65 that are socially isolated. Transport available for eligible participants.
The Para Hills Club operates on Monday and Friday. The program includes interesting activities, guest speakers, morning tea and lunch. Contact the Para Hills Centre on 08 8395 1520 (Monday, Tuesdays and Fridays) for further information.
Membership
Membership is open to people over the age of 50 and younger people with a disability. Membership is $8 per calendar year and can be obtained by visiting the Para Hills Centre and completing the appropriate form.
What's on at the Para Hills Centre
The Para Hills Centre offers the 'Para Hills Club' program (Monday and Friday) for people over 65 (catering also for isolated and frail seniors).

Café Services
On a Tuesday the cafe serves nutritious, affordable and tasty meals for lunch. Daily specials are available in addition to a menu of alternatives. Meals are served promptly at 12 noon; please telephone in orders before 11:00am on 08 8258 7286.
Frozen Meal Service
A variety of meals are available for members to purchase. Meals can be purchased during Centre opening hours. Please contact Positive Ageing Services on 08 8258 7286 for more information.
