The Jack Young Centre (JYC) is a friendly, welcoming and accessible leisure centre for people over 50 and younger people with a disability. The purpose built facilities have recently been upgraded and are fully accessible, offering a unique blend of programs, activities and services.
Membership is open to people over the age of 50 and younger people with a disability. Membership is $8 per calendar year and can be obtained by attending the Jack Young Centre and completing the appropriate form.
The Flag Café serves nutritious, affordable and tasty meals for lunch Monday to Saturday. Daily specials are available in addition to a menu of alternatives. Examples of meals include roast meat and vegetables, casseroles, tuna mornay, mild chicken curry, schnitzels, jacket potatoes, salads and sandwiches. Meals are served promptly at 12 noon each day; please telephone in orders before 11am, on 8258 7286.

Frozen Meal Service
A variety of meals are available for members to purchase. Meals can be purchased during Centre opening hours. Please contact Positive Ageing Services on 8258 7286 for more information.
Short Term Home Delivery Service
The Home Delivery Service is a short term service available to members who are recovering from an illness or recuperating. Among other criteria, members wishing to use this service need to live in the City of Salisbury, and a waiting list may apply. For more information contact Positive Ageing Services on 8258 7286.
