Reporting Abandoned Shopping Trolleys

Shopping trolley

Don't forget to return your trolley to the nearest trolley bay.

If you see a trolley that's wandered away, here's how you can report the abandoned trolley.

Coles / Kmart

Coles continues to work closely with local councils and the community to manage their trolleys, but they need their customers' help to return their used trolleys and report abandoned trolleys so they can collect them within 24 hours.

Should you wish to provide feedback to Coles on this issue or to report a Coles abandoned shopping trolley, please do so via telephone: 1800 Trolley (1800 876 553) or via email 1800Trolley@coles.com.au.
