The City of Salisbury is in the process of seeking a group of people to be involved in the Salisbury’s Intercultural Community Alliance Network.

Expressions of Interest close 5pm Monday 18 March 2019.

Council developed an Intercultural Strategic Plan, where we consulted broadly with many different focus groups and individuals.

We listened to what our residents said, focused on what they would like and then developed a strategy about how Council is going to deliver their ideas.

What is an Intercultural City?

Intercultural cities are places that are welcoming and cohesive, where people of all cultures are respected equally. By improving access and awareness of support services – especially to those most vulnerable, residents have equal opportunity to participate in the region’s social, economic and environmental activity. By promoting this diversity, cities can flourish and become more liveable for everyone.

What is the Salisbury Intercultural Community Alliance?
