
Salisbury Youth Services Network - Membership
An informal network of people who work with young people aged 12-25 years across the City of Salisbury.
The network provides:
- electronic information distribution
- quarterly two hour professional development and networking events including nibbles and drinks
- annual full day professional development workshop
The events provide a chance to share and meet other workers like yourself, think about topical and local youth issues and share information on your own programs.
Membership is free.
Two hour professional development sessions
These generally occur on a Thursday afternoon from 3pm - 5pm and includes;
- Guest speaker and questions
- Soapbox (1 minute opportunity to promote your work)
- Nibbles and drinks
- Free to workers
Structure of the Network
The network is the City of Salisbury's contribution to youth sector development locally. There is no committee but ideas are welcome. If you attend a network event we guarantee you won't go away with more work.
Venue
The venue is either Twelve25 Salisbury Youth Enterprise Centre (17 Wiltshire Street, Salisbury SA 5108) or The John Harvey Gallery (12 James Street, Salisbury SA 5108).
