Justice of the Peace

A Justice of the Peace (JP) is authorised to witness and attest many documents, such as statutory declarations, affidavits, wills, divorce documents, power of attorney and guardianship documents etc, as well as certify copies of original documents.

The City of Salisbury offers the service of a JP at the following locations, days and times (excluding public holidays and closure days):

Len Beadell Library

  • Monday - Friday: 10am - 4pm
  • Thursday evening: 6pm - 8pm
  • Saturday morning: 10am - 12noon

Please note : there will be no JP service at Len Beadell Library on Saturday 24 December 2016, Monday 26 December 2016, Tuesday 27 December 2016, Wednesday 28 December 2016 and Monday 2 January 2017

Mawson Lakes Library
