Chess Club

In line with Federal Government advice, City of Salisbury is suspending all of its non-essential gatherings for people in our community so that we can support their continued health and wellbeing. This program has now been cancelled. Please be assured that our team is now working hard on creating new and exciting programs for our community to enjoy when it is safe to do so.

Play chess in a fun and friendly atmosphere. All activities are free!

The Chess Club runs at the Ingle Farm Library and  Mawson Lakes Library . The Chess Club is open to players of all ages. Children can play and practice against others of similar ages or seek tougher challenges if they desire.

We focus on helping children learn, improve and have fun.  Knockout Tournaments are run regularly.  Other activities include regular lectures, a Junior Championship, and Club Championship which is open to all ages.
