Community Grants
The City of Salisbury, through its Community Grants Program, aims to encourage, develop and support community projects that provide a service or program to residents of the City of Salisbury and foster opportunities for community participation and community development.
Community groups, voluntary associations, health, and religious organisations are invited to apply for the Council's Community Grants.
Project categories include:
- health
- establishment of a new group
- education and training
- sport/recreation
- environment
- culture/arts
- disability
- youth
- crime prevention
- aged
The limits of funding under the Community Grants are bound to an upper limit of $2,000.
For new groups an establishment grant may be available which is limited to a maximum of $2,000 for an unincorporated group and $5,000 for incorporated groups.
